- Review plans and recommend modification and details as needed.
- Create, design, specify millwork, flooring, lighting.
- Specify all interior finishes.
- Create finished schedule for construction documents, exterior materials and color specifications.
- Create a budget for furnishing.
- Create design concept to include samples and photos.
- Specify new furnishings and drapery designs.
- Coordinate drapery construction and installation.
- Develop all specifications for purchasing.
- Assist in design choices of purchases made by client.
- Follow up on delivery of items ordered.
- Coordinate and oversee installation of exclusive furniture, art drapery, accessories and all other design purchases.
Customized Furnishings, Fabrics, Draperies, Art and other Accessories
